A set of horizontal bands (X) which provides resistance attaching at the knees (W.A.R. Mobile) or attaching at the Ankles (W.A.R. - Anchored). The W.A.R. X-band replicates your pelvis stabilizing the body from left to right - Sagittal (Lateral) plane. 

If you already purchased either W.A.R. Anchored or W.A.R. Mobile you would want to buy an additional set of X bands so that you can have more variety.

For example if you purchased your W.A.R. Anchored set: then you can buy a set of W.A.R. Mobile X bands and now you can alternate between W.A.R. Anchored or W.A.R. Mobile using your same Y and Z bands that came with your originally purchased set.

The set includes 8 horizontal or (X) bands total. This is great for leg and hip exercises as a stand alone product! However these sets are best used within the W.A.R. system. 

2 Resistance Levels  - Black (Heavy) & Grey (Medium)

W.A.R. Anchored - each band provides 50 pounds of horizontal resistance (left ankle to right ankle) total of 400 pounds.

W.A.R. Mobile - each band provides 40 pounds of horizontal resistance (left knee to right knee) total of 320 pounds.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. Condition: The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Please ensure that the original box is included and undamaged. Return Authorization: Prior to returning the item(s), please contact our customer support team to request a Return Authorization.
